Junior Season: Named to the AVCA All-East region team ... Named first-team All-ACC ... Earned her 1,000th kill vs. Georgia Tech on 11/2/01 ... Earned her 1,000th dig on 11/16/01 against Clemson ... Led the Tar Heels in total digs (435), digs per game (3.57), games played (122), service aces (37) ... Was second on the squad in total kills (479) and kills per game (3.93) ... Posted 24 double-doubles in 2001 ... Saw action in all 122 games of the 33 matches UNC played in 2001 ... Set personal game highs in service aces (6) and block assists (7) ... Awarded Carolina Volleyball’s “Mighty Ram” and John C. Lotz Memorial award for the 2001 season.

Sophomore Year - Named second team All-ACC … her 462 kills and 380 digs led the team in both categories … her 31 digs versus Wake Forest on 10/13 were a record for a five-game match … her 380 digs were sixth-single best season … her career dig average of 2.92 is third best every …

Freshman Year - Named a member of the ACC All-Freshman Team as an outside hitter in 1999 … played in 92 games over 29 matches for Carolina last season … had 187 kills for the season including a career high of 21 against Clemson on 10/22/99 … had 10 or more kills seven times during the season … had 248 digs on the year, good for fifth on the squad … was third in assists for the Tar Heels with 48.

High School - A versatile athlete at Forbush High School ... played volleyball, basketball and softball and ran track ... named the 1998 Gatorade North Carolina Volleyball Player of the Year ... AA State Volleyball Champion in 1996, '97 and '98 ... named the State Championship MVP in 1996 and 1998, also named the Conference Player of the Year in '96 and '98 ... earned Conference Player -of-the-Year honors in basketball as well in '98 ... member of the Honor Society and Senior Class President.
